In Short
The owners tore the roof off a 6,000-square-foot former garage, and custom-made everything: the vaulted ceiling, the glass-beaded chandelier, the leather place mats, even the champagne buckets. The centerpiece is a spectacular double-sided staircase that leads to a mezzanine level, where a glass wall overlooks the action below. Up to 600 people can fit inside, but this spot is so hot (bartenders too) that you'll have trouble getting past the velvet rope.
