Despite its nose-thumbing name, this newcomer specializing in unkosher delicacies (namely pork and shellfish) on the edge of Hasidic Williamsburg keeps the focus on clean flavor combinations in its Eclectic small plates and handful of entrees such as lamb and chorizo meatballs and fried artichoke with prosciutto and sea urchin; the long, light wood-accented space, complete with a curved bar and stone patio, makes less of a statement than the menu, but it's already packing 'em in nonetheless - keep those bacon doughnuts coming.
